These versatile all-in-ones impress with highly flexible media handling and let you print what you like. They process paper weights between 60 and 209 gsm, including thick paper, labels, envelopes, and recycled paper. You can create your own presentations, posters, signs and other sales support items with them; print double-sided leaflets; and for higher volumes extend the paper capacity with the lower paper feeder to a generous 700 sheets. Use the poster function for special effects, blowing up photos on 4, 9, 16 or up to 25 A4 sheets. For downsizing, use the n-up function to combine between two and up to 16 pages on a single sheet!

Different copy modes on the magicolor 1680MF and magicolor 1690MF ensure optimal quality and include a text, a photo and a mixed mode. Two separate start buttons allow instant copying in colour or b/w – simply press the appropriate one and start saving money!

Both the magicolor 1680MF and 1690MF offer convenient scanning to PC. In addition, the standard LinkMagic software provides easy access to the most frequently used scanning applications. Scan images with LinkMagic and save them to any directory on the hard disk of your computer. With its full network compatibility the magicolor 1690MF also lets you can scan originals directly to e-mail or a shared folder on your PC.

On top, the magicolor 1690MF gives you the convenience of communication by fax. It boasts a fast transmission speed of just 3 seconds per page, has 220 speed dials and lets you define up to 20 groups with max. 50 stations each.

Ease of use
The magicolor 1680MF and magicolor 1690MF are both big on user comfort. With their compact design and small footprint, they are easily integrated into any office setting with limited space. Both feature a large, easy to read display and convenient access from the front for the straightforward exchange of consumables. The automatic document feeder on the magicolor 1690MF makes copying or faxing multi-page documents fast and smooth.

Quality and economy
Whether in colour or black & white – the magicolor 1680MF and magicolor 1690MF impress with their brilliant image quality. This is ensured with Konica Minolta’s Simitri®HD polymerised toner, which adds clarity and definition to the tiniest detail. At the same time their toner save mode lets you reduce toner consumption and save costs for example for test prints.

Clean Planet programme for the environment
In the interest of environmental conservation, Konica Minolta strives to reduce the impact of its products at each stage of the product lifecycle. As one aspect the Clean Planet programme gives you the opportunity to recycle your used toner cartridges for free. Cartridges are recycled efficiently and cleanly, preserving precious resources. Returning the cartridges is quick, easy and completely free for you!
